I started the process on October 5, 1999, and my dossier was logged in to the CCAA on February 21, 2000. I did not want my daughter to be an only child (because I am). I decided last fall to pursue the adoption of her sister. While completing my last post-placement visit for Meaghan, my social worker did the homestudy for #2. ... It was that easy! Until about September 1, the wait was much easier than the first time around, but now I am ready for the wait to end.
