live in the "small town" of LeRaysville, Pennsylvania. We have three children — Adam, 11; Chad, 9; and Jess, 7 — and are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our little girl from China. Our family also includes three cats (Arthur, Kate, and Snickelfritz) and a lively bichon/poodle puppy, Simon. Jeff is a dentist, and when he's not at the dental office, you can find him coaching the sport of the season, be it baseball or soccer. He also keeps busy as moderator of our church and as a Sunday School teacher. I (Laura) work part-time as the director of a preschool and am the family cheerleader at all those sporting events! I enjoy playing the piano for our church children's choir and volunteering at our
children's school. Our children's activities keep us busy, and we love every minute of it. We can't wait to add one more to our family!

We have been very happy to be working with CCAI since
August 1999, when we submitted our application. Our
DTC is February 14, 2000 (happy Valentine's Day!). We have requested a little girl under 12 months old. We have known the joy of adoption, as our oldest child was adopted in Chile, and we have always hoped to adopt another child. This is a dream come true for us, and we look forward to meeting other families on our adoption journey!
