Susan & Tom Hill

us ...
Susan, 44, and Tom, 48, live in Olympia, Washington, with our daughter Robyn Jinjing. Robyn was born on October 18, 1997, and adopted from the Changsha First Social Welfare Center in Hunan Province on September 10, 1998. Tom enjoys golfing and cooking, and Susan is involved in miniatures, scrapbooking, and the Bible Study Fellowship. Our family is active in the Baptist Church as well as the Olympia Friendship Club, which is comprised of about 35 families with children adopted from China. We also have a dog (Jack) and two cats (Peanut and Thunder).

our adoption plans ...
Our agency is WACAP, and we have requested a child 12 months of age or younger. We also used WACAP for Robyn's adoption. We started the process on August 4, 1999, and although our dossier was sent to China on January 25, 2000, we consider ourselves a "February" because it was mailed so late in the month. Robyn is the absolute light of our lives and has brought us so much joy. Peanut and Thunder are not exactly overjoyed, but the rest of us are really looking forward to the arrival of Robyn's sister!
