Karen and Doug, both 36, have a 4-1/2-year-old homemade son, Alex, who is VERY excited to meet his mei mei, and a 100-pound black Lab that looks forward to sitting under the high chair once again. We live in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire (about 1 hour north of Boston) after moving from Seattle four years ago. We love spending time outside exploring nature, woodworking, and digging in the garden.

We started our adoption journey in October 1999. Our dossier was sent to China on February 15, 2000. Our agency is China Adoptions With Love, and we've requested a healthy baby girl 9 months or under. We look forward to meeting many of you this fall in the lobby of the White Swan!
