My agency is CHI. I have requested a child 12 months or under. I started the process in September 1999, and my dossier was logged in at the CCAA during February 2000. I started this process last year after my cousin adopted her daughter Sophie in May 1999. I was privileged to travel with her to China to get Sophie, and that biological clock of mine woke up! It took me a few months to really decide that this is what I wanted to do, and I haven't looked back. Everything, from timing to having the money available when I needed it, has fallen right into place.
