CARTOON AND CARICATURES EXHIBITION
World Press Freedom Day
REGULATION

1. The exhibition is open at all artists irrespective of age, sex or nationality.
2. Entries: 3 CARTOONS
3. Size: max. A4
4. Deadline: April 10, 2003
5. Theme: Media Freedom
6. Technique: Free, any style, any technique.
7. The drawings may be in quality photocopy or original work, in black and white or in color.
8. The drawings must bear, on the reverse side, the name, and address of the cartoonist.
9. There will be a special corner for the cartoonists who will send their works to us. This special place will contain all the cartoons from abroad.
10. The artworks will not be returned.
11. The effort is still done to make sure the exhibited cartoons are put in the catalogue, they will be sent to those whose entries will be selected.
12. The association reserves the right to reproduce the works received for Exhibition as the advertising material without paying a cartoonist whose work may be used.

Note:
No payment will be made for any artist who will participate in this exhibition, the aim of this exhibition is to create a link between the Cartoonists of Africa to those of Europe and the rest of the World.
