Uniform:

Standard duty Uniform:
The standard duty Uniform is the same as ever other department. A two piece suite, consisting of a black pair of trousers, and a black long sleeved top, with colour specific cuffs and neck. In the case of the Marines this is Green. This uniform should be worn during on duty times, and requires the individual to wear all parts.

Correct Address of Marine Officers and NCOs:

Generals (Brigadier General - General of the Marines):
General's, regardless of their rank are address as "General", and not "Brigadier General", "Lt. General" etc.

Senior Officer's (Major - Colonel):
Full Colonels and Lieutenant Colonels is addressed as "Colonel". Officer's ranking Major should be addressed as "Major".

Junior Officer's (Cadet - Captain):
A Marine Captain should be addressed as "Captain", however this should not be mixed up with the Naval address of Captain. First Lieutenants and Second Lieutenants should be address as "Lieutenant". Cadets should be addressed as "Cadet".

Sergeant Majors (Sergeant Major and Sergeant Major of Marines):
All are addressed to as Sergeant Major

Senior NCOs (Sergeant - First Sergeant):
All are addressed to as "Sergeant".

Junior NCOs (Recruit - Corporal):
Corporals and Lance Corporals are addressed as "Corporal". Private First Class and Privates are addressed as "Private". Recruits are to be addressed as "Recruit".
