You have a 2D shape with multiple points. These points represent individual fields: Physchology, Theology, Science, Math, Politics, Literature, the Arts, etc.
Surrounding this 2D shape is a 3D sphere. This sphere represents philosophy. It is part of all of them, yet independent of them as well. At the same time it encompasses everything. At least, that's the way I see it.
