Original Felicity returns from her Time Travel (Timeline B) and forgives Ben for his cheating on her.
She thinks she is back to Timeline A, but since the facts on Timeline A can not be changed, she now is on an equivalent timeline, one in which the only different thing is that Elena is alive.
Every event in C is the same as in A, that means, Ben did sleep with Lauren and there is actually a baby Andrew.
