RULES AND REGULATIONS

* No refunds of reservation fees will be given for any reason.

*NO ONE UNDER 18 ALLOWED! NO children allowed even if accompanied by parents. ID may be checked at the door. Anyone not having ID present, if requested, will be asked to leave. NO proof of age means no entry.

* NO HORSEPLAY will be tolerated!! You will be asked to leave the property. Foul language will not be tolerated as well.

* At the beginning of the tour, before the seminar, there will be a liability waiver to sign. This is to protect the township, the Mansion, and WMGHS in the event of someone getting hurt. If you refuse to sign the waiver, you will be asked to leave.

* Anyone caught vandalizing, stealing, harassment, etc. will be heavily PROSECUTED!!

* No alcohol or drugs will be permitted on the Mansion property. If you are caught with drugs or alcohol, the police will be notified immediately, and you will be escorted from the Mansion.

* Anyone showing up at the tour intoxicated, "stoned", etc. will be escorted out of the Mansion.
