My Personal Opinion:
Ack! Really bad design...it hurts my eyes. A bit hard to navigate at times. No pictures of any merchandise offered. Big long pages of just text in the product catalog. Cheesy graphics and weird fonts. I don't personally know about the quality of their products, but the website is not up to par.
