SC. Niyazi Serhat Akin moved to Fenerbahce SK in 2000. He scored fourteen times in 30 matches during the title-winning
campaign of 2000/01, even though it was his first in top-flight football. Serhat has been capped several times
by Turkey at under-21 level, whom he also represented at youth level. He played at the European Under-21 Championship
in 2000 and scored a goal against Italy. The striker boasts good ball control and great goalscoring instincts.
