Some, possibly a majority of UFOs reported since 1947, classified at the Cosmic or Umbra level, are American-built craft, piloted by Americans. These have been constructed by Boeing Aerospace, Northrop, Lockheed Martin, and McDonnell Douglas as a result of their back-engineering of retrieved non-terrestrial craft. The Germans may have back-engineered one of the seven UFOs that crashed in Germany in the 1930's. That knowledge may have been obtained by America when 10,000 Nazi scientists and engineers, including Wernher von Braun, were sent to the U.S.A.'s military and scientific establishments under Operation Paperclip in 1945 and 1946 Another company involved is Raytheon Range Systems Engineering which is working at Roi-Namur on Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands in the western Pacific Ocean. There is no guarantee that all of these reports are genuine. However, some are true--where there's smoke, there's fire. One must also consider the Law of Probabilities. One of the reasons I made this list is that I have a habit of making lists on various topics, many of them unrelated to UFOs. Some people's opinion is that because no government has admitted that these craft were recovered, the list is meaningless. This is only a list of reports that, in most cases, have been investigated by non-governmental writers, researchers, scientists and ufologists.
