The 300-year old Paoay Church is built of coral blocks and stucco-plastered bricks. Constructed between 1704 and 1894, its architecture is a unique combination of Gothic, Baroque and Oriental. . A few meters beside it is a belltower which served as observation post of the Katipuneros during the Philippine Revolution.
