I talked about it, I thought about it, and now, I'm doing it. I'm finally creating an art section! Click on the thumnail for the full picture, yada yada.
Enjoy! |

"Dragon" A smaller acryilic painting I did on canvas. The Chinese symbol the dragon is woven around means "dragon". Get it? Yeah, I'm clever. I know! |

"Aura Dragon" A work in progress that I might finish if I can find it. Done in watercolor pencil and metalic silver pencil and gold metalic pen. It really took a long time to do just this part, so I'm rather hesitant to continue. But I can't find the picture, and I'm sticking to that! |

"Blue Wyvern" A Wyvern is a type of dragon that is pretty much just wings and a tail. Sometimes they have legs (I think). Mostly, they don't have arms. And this one is blue! One day I'll make more creative names! |

"Comets" An experiment in 'how the heck do I get the paint to turn the right color'. A unique thing about this is that this is pretty much finger painting- I couldn't find my brushes at the moment, and improvised! Those little stars are paint splatters I did when I finally found my brush. Not only did I paint the stars on the canvas, I got white dots all over my computer as well. Live and learn! |

"Cosmic Bird" This one came shortly after Comets was finished. Inspired by a painting of a phonix I'd seen, I created my own mystical bird. I actually used this picture in my Psychology of Women class (birds apparently represent femininity, so this was that sorta Jungian archetype....thing....). At least, that's what I claimed. =) |
