We are dedicated only to ferrets. Ferrets are taken in from individuals who can no longer care for them, for whatever reason, as well as from public and private humane societies and shelters who are unfamiliar or unequipped to house and take care of ferrets.
Ferret City Shelter is a no kill shelter. No ferret is put down unless is becomes medically necessary to do so. Any ferret who enters here receives any needed medical care, and no ferret is turned down, regardless of age, temperment, condition, or health.
