STUFFED ANIMAL TOYS~ (make sure the stuffing is safe, check it regularly for ferret damage, Snow has made holes in a few..)
TENNIS BALLS, & balls with bells ~(make sure they are ferret proof!)
SHEETS or Blankets to tunnel under. They like to "ride " on them being pulled around the room! (Be EXTRA careful not to step on your babies if they are tunneling or decide to take a nap!)
CARDBOARD BOXES~ Make your kids a 'condo' !
SHREDDED PAPER BOX~ I put shredded paper in a box & they love jumping around in it & digging tunnels!
RICE BOX ~put about 5 or 10 lbs of UNCOOKED rice in a storage box & watch them dig & tunnel. It MUST be UNCOOKED rice - if they eat the minute or instant rice it could swell in their bellys & cause a blockage!
SLOTTED Sewer pipe~ at the hardware store is only about 50 cents (or less) a foot, my ferrets love it! (Pictures at right.)

They love their bags & phonecord (this is Bones favorite toy from his "youth".He doesnt play with it much now, but the other 2 do) - Bones used to play with it when I was on the phone! When I got a new phone I made this a toy for him.I don't leave it out when I'm not in the room.(Snow is a chewer!) |

This is Cleopatra's favorite game... Get a 3or 4 inch tube, (ours is a thick cardboard tube...) Add as many plastic bags as you can fit inside... If you keep adding plastic bags in the opposite side, you will wear out before your ferret! (Always supervise with plastic bags!)
