		NARRATIVE Curriculum Vitae :
	In a dark winter’s night of 1957, Thursday 10^th of January, a little Capricorns boy called Fethi MAATOUK was born in Monastir city (TUNISIA). He was a son of Abdessalem, the father, teacher of math and Habiba, the mother, unemployed. He has two older brothers (Moncef and Ahmed) and one younger sister (Ibticem). After average studies he got baccalaureate on June 1975. than, he began a dental medicine studies with a first promotion at Monastir University. Six years after, in December 8th 1981, Fethi defended a thesis about “Dental fluorosis in Jemmal (Tunisia)”. After that he worked for 10 months at Kairouan’s hospital in central Tunisia. On 1983, he passed a teaching assistant exam in Paediatric Dentistry Department. A few months later, Fethi left his country for one year training course at Réné Descartes University (Paris V, France) with Professor Michel GUILLAIN as boss. He passed two Superior Studies Certificates in Dental Biological Sciences (Histology & embryology option) and in Paediatric Dentistry. Thus he defended a third cycle thesis about “Dental Caries Predisposition Tests” on April 16^th 1985 and got his master’s in Pediatric Dentistry. On November 1985, he passed an assistant professor exam in Paediatric Dentistry at Monastir Dental School. He get married to miss El May Wahiba, a school health physician on July 30^th 1988. One year later he got his first daughter Syrine at July 14^th 1989. Jasmine, the second daughter was born at July 20^th 1992. A few months later, on November 1992, he passed an associate professor exam at a same specialty and a same institution. On November 1997, he passed a professor exam. So he teaches Paediatric Dentistry to students since 1985 until now at Monastir Dental School. On February 1t 2001 he got his third daughter Selma. He attended many international congress at many countries (see list of visited countries) and have some publications (see list). He was a member of international review board of two journals. He likes to paint, read and heard music.
