java -jar Kit2Drm.jar "*.kit"
Of course, you need a Java virtual machine (java.exe) and it must must be in your path. The Kit2Drm converter will create corresponding ".drm" files for each .kit file in the same directory. You can also specify a specific .kit-File (like "Ambient.kit") or a pattern ("A*.kit"). Don't forget the quotes!
In Cubase SX, open the drum map combobox in the inspector of your track, choose the last option ("drum map settings" or so). A dialog window appears where you can load your .drm -files using the "load" button.
Some me people asked why I have appended the key names to the labels of the generated drum entries like "Deep Kick [C0]". Well, first I find it quite useful to know which key is associated with a certain drum sample when I want to play it from the keyboard. Secondly, in Battery you can assign a key range of more than one note to an individual cell (with, e.g., a different pitch for each key). Then it comes quite handy to see these variants of one Battery cell as different entries in the drummap. Note: the so-called root key is highlighted by putting it into "[" and "]".
Here are some drummaps generated by the converter:
