| Starview Downs- As the horses paraded onto the track for the last race of the day, most of the cheers went to Classic Cat, the five-year-old champion owned by Starview Stables. As the race started, See Me Fly and Stroke of Power battled for first. Classic Cat settled behind the leaders, who where setting amazing fractions. Behind him where Love Potion and Epic Star. The longshot, AP Storm, trailed the feild. As the horses came into the far turn, Love Potion Epic Star and Classic Cat moved up on the tiring leaders. Epic Star took the lead with Love Potion on his heels. Out of nowhere, AP Storm let out an amazing burst of speed, winning the race by two lengths. Classic Cat finished fifth. AP storm in a lightly raced four-year-old, owned by Townsend Acres. He has only raced three times since starting his career as a two-year-old. Watch out for this horse in the future. |
