Starview Downs- In the post parade of the Genuine Risk Oaks, eight fillies made their way around the track. Holy Moly, owned by Blue Ridge Acres, fidgeted and faught her pony rider. As they walked up to the gate, and it took several minuets before she was calm enough to load. The gate banged open and the fillies pounded onto the track. Holy Moly took an early lead, with Thunder Flight and Champion's Majesty struggling to keep up. Miss Understood and Dancing Charms waited calmly behind the pace setters, content to let them burn out. In the stretch Thunder Flight and Champion's Majesty began to tire and Chief's Angel and Dancing Charms charged forward, but they couldn't catch Holy Moly who went under the wire eight lengths agead of the pack. |
