This neo-metal band was born in january 2000 in Ste-Julie.  It happen beacause of the complicity in the duo of Alexandre Ouimet and Olivier Gélinas.  The band ad two more musicians ans friends, Sébastien Proulx and Michel Laplante.

During the "Noël dans la rue" show at the Métropolis in december 2000, Olivier Gélinas was invited to sing with Groovy Aardvark and two members of Anonymus, pionners of the metal scene in Québec.

In november 2001, the members of Fuel Injection went in studio to record their first demo called "Born Again...".  They went at Las Vegas to the Billboard Music Awards in december 2001 to give some promo copy to some American labels managers.  Mike Shinoda and Phoenix from the band Linkin Park seems to be really interested in the demo.

Fuel Injection are currently in studio to record their first album who should be in stores in fall 2003.
