The Partners

Author: New ficcie! This idea just hit my head, so I quickly type it. Hope you'll like this fic.
Note: Killua, Gon, Leorio, Kurapika and Kuroro are working as lawyers.
Warning: Slight shounen-ai. (this is my first time making shounen-ai fics, so go easy on me, and I'm not good at making romance fics, hope you understand)

Chapter 1 -- The First Lawsuit

They were lazing on the couch. There is no lawsuit recently. Actually, their lawyer agency or should I say law firm, has just opened yesterday. So, they waited for the first lawsuit to come.

Kurapika sat near Gon and forced Kuroro, who is sleeping on the couch, to sit down. "Hey, are you sure you already give the advertisement to the newspaper agency?"

"Are? You asked me?" Kuroro tried to remember, "Oh lala, I forgot,"

"Just as I thought, I'm gonna kill you!" Kurapika chased him all over the room.

Suddenly, the bell rang.

Kurapika stopped and walked to open the door, "Yes, can I help you?" he asked politely.

"There's a lawsuit miss, can you handle it?" the postman asked.

"I'M A GUY!" Kurapika shouted in anger. Kuroro pulled him inside. "Hey, hey, calm down a bit will ya? Who asks your appearance to be that delicate!?"

"Don't blame me! Do you think it's my will to have this delicate appearance!?" and they fight inside.

"Of course we can handle it, leave it to us," Gon said and he takes the paper from the postman.

"Better you take care of your onna-otoko friend," the postman sweatdropped, "Well, I still have many letters to deliver, bye," the postman waved and rode his bicycle off.

Meanwhile, Killua and Leorio are sitting on the couch, drinking coffee. While Kurapika and Kuroro are fighting.

Kurapika prepared his judgement chain and Kuroro is going to use his Tokushitsu ability, Skill Hunter.

Gon read the paper and screamed in joy, "YIIIIIIIIIIIIIIPPPPPPPPPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Killua and Leorio automatically choked. "Hey, Gon! You don't need to scream like that!" they protested.

While Kurapika, who is jumping and ready to attack Kuroro, surprised and fall down, right above Kuroro.

"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !" he screamed.

THUD

"Ouch, sorry, are you okay?" Kurapika asked, extending his right hand to Kuroro.

"I'm fine," he took Kurapika's hand and stand up.

"Look at this!" Gon shouted in joy, but stopped when he saw the others are sending death glares to him.

"Eh, guys, I- I'm sorry," Gon apologized.

"Hmph, hahahahaha! You don't need to apologize Gon, by the way, what is that?" Killua asked, as he took the paper from Gon's hand.

The others are going to take the paper too. They bumped on each other and shouted, "Give it to me!"

"Hey, hey! One by one!" Killua shouted and he takes the paper then run to the corner of the room.

He reads it slowly, the others waited impatiently and mutter something like 'Why the hell did he read so slow!?' or 'Faster!' or maybe 'Is he illiterate!?'.

"Oh! A lawsuit! That's great!" Killua shouted and pass the paper to Gon but realized that Gon has read it and pass the paper to Kurapika.

"Hey, I wanna see too," Kuroro looked at the paper over his shoulder.

Leorio is tugging the paper, but Kurapika holds it.

"Hey! Stop it! If you keep tugging like this, the paper will be torn!" Kurapika yelled.

"Okay, okay, I'm the last," he yields and went to finish his coffee.

"Hmph! Baka!" Kurapika cursed.

Kuroro is resting his chin on Kurapika's left shoulder and he points the words on the paper using his right hand that went on Kurapika's right shoulder.

Kurapika blushed, "Get off! I can't concentrate!" he slapped Kuroro's hand away.

"You're a miserly people, -_-" Kuroro said, going to drink cofffee too.

"Who cares!?" Kurapika shouted and continues reading.

Theft in the midnight

Nostrad family has just been theft, the red eyes of Kuruta clan that they buy in the auction disappear!

They already call polices, but still the thieves are unknown.

Based on the gossips that circulate these days, they said that the thief is the infamous thieves and killers group Genei Ryodan.

Lawsuit started at: 11th January

Ended at: 18th January

"What does this mean!?" Kuroro shouted in anger, "The Spiders are innocent!"

"Hey, calm down will you?" Kurapika pulled his hand, forcing him to sit. "Aren't those eyes are the fake one that Coltopi made?"

"Oh yeah, that's right," Kuroro agreed.

"So, what's the difference?" Kurapika asked.

"Many! Spiders don't really rob them!" Kuroro shouted, loud enough for the neighbors to hear.

Kurapika closed his mouth, "Shut up! Do you want the neighbors to know there is a Spider here!?"

"But, if Spiders don't make the copy, they won't lost those eyes," Gon said.

"But that's their stupidity to buy fake eyes!" Kuroro shouted, doesn't he bore of shouting all the time?

Kurapika hits his head. "I'm the one who buy those eyes,"

"Whoops," he closed his mouth.

"So, whose side we're on?" Killua asked.

"Spiders!" Kuroro insisted.

"Okay, okay, we better go and find some proofs to prove that Spiders are innocent," Kurapika commanded.

"We better go by group," Leorio suggested.

"One will have to go alone," Kurapika warned.

"It's okay," the others agreed.

"Okay," they determine the group by lottery.

Group 1: Killua and Gon

Group 2: Kurapika and Kuroro

Group 3: Leorio

"Why must I go alone?" Leorio cries.

"I've warned you before, -_-" Kurapika said.

"Quit babbling and let's go!" Killua said cheerfully, because his teammate is Gon, of course.

"We're going to, except for this stoopid man," Kurapika said, pointing Leorio.

They forced Leorio to go by himself. And he agreed forcedly. And then they go to find proofs.
