Singer, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter. Lee has spent most of his time playing classic light rock, country rock, country, and bluegrass - in clubs all over the U.S., England, and a few places in Canada. He comes from the old school - where style is important, songs should mean something, and KISS - that's right, Keep It Simple, Stupid. Lee has five CDs to his name, all recorded in his own home studio. Something he's always wanted to do - write the songs, play and sing all the parts, do the engineering and producing, and even design the album covers. And, the guy plays ten instruments - they are: Guitar, fiddle, banjo, pedal steel, lap steel, harmonica, ukulele, bass, drums, and keyboards (just a little keyboards, he says). Some of the people who have worked for him have called him a tyrant and a slave driver, but he says, "This is my band, I'll do things my way, if you don't like that idea, then start your own band". Success at the club level, or any level, well, we'll talk about that later. |
