4. The Fourth Father may ajust the posistion of any -1ian in the hierarchy, at any time, with or without cause!

5.New members may be brought into -1 by express permission of the The Fourth Father, or by permission of one to whom The Fourth Father has given the power!

6.If one is promoted in the ranks of -1 they gain one level (i.e.10=>9), however, if one is demoted they are demoted to the next hand (i.e. 6,7,8,9,10=>11)

New rules may be added at any time without notice.
