This is (roughly) How Matthew Chance reported the Arab Jihadi Militant Attacking the baby girl sitting at the holiday diner at the eve of Rosh Hashana:

 

(Matthew did not even mention a word about a baby being aimed & killed!!!) 'The Palestinians are aggravated by the "settlements" & they see that as a fight against the occupation'.

 

That's all!

Not a word about the ideology of these militants that do not differentiate between the SO CALLED "settlements" & the Israeli proper.

 

We are not even going into the dating of these attacks that started since 1929, nor are we talking here about Arab SETTLEMENTS since 1900...

 

The Arab (on the Rosh Hashana diner) attacked the baby in the West bank not for "settlements" issue ... these Jihadists are against all Israel proper, it is just easier for them to attack at the near by houses.
