Personal Home Pages - Lots of website offer free hosting or specifically, personal home pages. There are simple websites designed by an individual. You may try looking through personal homepages and see who the designer is. Usually a web designer knows many other web designers and other Fijians and the best resources. The key though, is to design your own site. Put up a website, and just talk about yourself. You may be surprised who comes knocking at your virtual door.
