| Character "Save those words for a bad student who needs them." Seifer is along with Squall the most gifted student and the only gunblade user at Balamb Garden. Though he surely has the abilities, he always fails his exams because he has a hard time with orders and rules. Opposite of Squall, Seifer likes attention. He likes people to look up to him and he even likes it if they are scared of him.
