1 ripe avacado
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 vine tomato diced
2 tsp. cold pressed olive oil
pepper and sea salt to taste
Cut the avacado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the avacado into a bowl and mash well. Add the remaining ingredients and mix
