2 tablespoons cocoa
3 tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup hot water
2 cups milk or 1 cup evaporated milk and 1 cup water
marshmallows

Blend cocoa, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Stir in 1/2 cup hot water. Bring to a boil over low heat and boil for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Then add but do not boil the 2 cups of milk. Drop a marshmallow into each cup and pour hot cocoa over it. This makes four servings.
