
Heat oven to 350°
1 can (10-3/4 oz.)cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Dash pepper
2 cans (14.5 oz. each) french cut green beans, drained
1 can (2.8 oz.) french fried onions
In a 1-1/2 qt. casserole, combine soup, milk, soy sauce and pepper. Stir in beans and 1/2 can French fried onions. Bake at 350° F. oven for 25 minutes; stir. Top with remaining onions. Bake 5 more minutes. This makes 6 servings.
This recipe can also be done in the microwave. The directions for the microwave are:
Prepare as above in microwave-safe casserole. Cover; microwave on HIGH 7 minutes or until hot, stirring halfway through cooking. Sprinkle with remaining onions. Microwave uncovered 1 minute.
NOTE: This recipe may be doubled. Prepare as directed above except, to microwave, use 12" x 8" baking dish and increase microwave cooking time to 10 minutes. Regular oven time stays the same.
