
Ingredients
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 2/3 cups sifted all purpose flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cunnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup water
Directions
Combine oil, eggs, water, and pumpkin. Sift together next six ingredients. Gradually beat into first mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased and floured large loaf pan or two small loaf pans or cupcake pans. Bake all sizes in 350° oven for one hour.
