Raisin Cinnamon Bread


Makes a 2 lb. loaf

1 egg and lukewarm milk
2 tablespoons milk (yes, add more milk)
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1-1/4 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
3-3/4 cups white/bread flour
1-1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
1-1/4 teaspoons yeast
Add Ingredient: 1/2 cup raisins

Add egg to measuring cup. Fill to 1-1/4 cups mark with lukewarm milk. Add this and the next seven ingredients to Baking Pan in the order your machine requires. Insert Baking Pan securely into unit; close lid. Select SWEET setting, and LIGHT or REGULAR crust. Push Start button. Add rasins at the add ingredient beep. Use pot holders to remove Baking Pan from unit at the end of the cycle. Allow to cool before slicing.
