Otis Lee Crenshaw is the character played by popular American comic, Rich Hall. A former truck driver, and serial husband (to women all named Brenda) and Rich Hall's uncle, he's just out from the Tennessee prison system.

Crenshaw delivers his bourbon-soaked, trailer-park philosophy of life, by giving advice, romancing audience members and showing contrition for his shady past ("I ain't proud of what I done").

In between all of this, he sings a range of numbers, including "I'm Gonna Love You 'Til I Don't", "I Don't Come From No Monkeys" ,"Start Fattenin' Up", and the ever popular "He almost looks like you", which is about prison rape.
