Viva Las Vegas - October 19-21, 1998

Well, this isn't really a Fireplace gathering. Just a little outting by Fire and Bunnie. Anyways, I guess this is the most appropriate section to put the pictures in.

We didn't gamble much though, just the slot machines - and those nickel ones even. And we visited all the attractions in all the casinos. Some of the more memorable ones are the white tiger, sharks tank and volcano eruption at the Mirage, Musical fountain at the Bellagio, Pirate battle at the Treasure Island, rollercoaster ride at New York New York, circus show at Circus Circus, show at the Caesars Palace, wildlife habitat at the Tropicana, and the World of Coke next to MGM.

Of course, we made shopping stops along the way like at the Caesar's shopping mall, Fifth Sax Avenue and the "World Biggest Souvenir Shop" where a life-size Alien awaits you!

Part of the World of Coke. This is the retail section selling all kinds of coke paraphernalia, including coke glass bottles. You can even get a glass bottled coke for 2 quarters in an old fashioned coke dispensing machine! Cool!

Drink all you can! Sodas from all over the world! What's the catch? Well, you gotta pay $2. But you get to see the history of Coca Cola, as well as a mini "fountain" aka bar, a coke "factory", see all the Coca Cola TV advertisements from the very first advertisement till now, and talk to the people who made coke and also a specially built musical fountain that actually fill up your glass with coke in a unique way using very cool special effects! It's worth every single cent. *Highly recommended*
