2 Pravila/Rules

Regata bo potekala po Jadralnih regatnih pravilih 2001 - 2004, pravilih klase Fireball, po tem razpisu regate in regatnih navodilih.

The regatta will be governed by the ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing 2001 - 2004, the current International Fireball Class Rules, this Notice of Race, and the Sailing Instructions.

3 Oglaševanje/Advertising

Regata je oznacena kot regata kategorije C v skladu z Dodatkom 1 Jadralnih regatnih pravil.

The Regatta is designated Category C event in accordance with Appendix 1 RRS.

4 Prijava/Entry

Regata je razpisana za jadrnice razreda Fireball, katerih krmarji in posadka so clani nacionalnih zvez ali Jadralne zveze Slovenije.

Regatta is open to boats of the International Fireball Class whose helmsman and crew are members of his/her national associations or Slovenian Sailing Federation .

Prijave na odprto prvenstvo Slovenije za klaso Fireball so možne do ponedeljka 6. oktobra 2003. Tekmovalci se lahko prijavijo z izpolnitvijo priložene prijave tako da jo pošljejo po pošti, emailu ali faxu na:

Zapoznele prijave so možne v pisarni regate v JK Olimpic (na ilustraciji “A”) 16. oktobra 2003 od 18. do 20. ure in 17. oktobra 2003 od 9. do 10. ure.

Late entries can be made at the Regatta Office at SC Olimpic (on illustration “A”) on October 16, 2003 from 6pm to 8pm and on October 17, 2002 from 9am to 10am.

6 Regatna navodila/Sailing Instructions

Regatna navodila bodo na voljo v regatni pisarni od cetrtka, 16. oktobra 2003 od 18.00 ure dalje.

The Sailing Instructions will be available at the Regatta Office from 6 pm on Thursday October16, 2003.

7 Racing Area

Regata bo potekala v izolskem zalivu.

The racing area will be in the bay of Izola.

8 Tockovanje/Scoring

Regata bo sestavljena iz 9 plovov, veljavna pa bo, ce bodo izpeljani 4 plovi. Uporabljen bo enostavni sistem tockovanja iz Dodatka A. Koncno število tock za posamezno jadrnico v seriji bo seštevek vseh tock posameznih regat, razen ce bodo zakljucenih 5 ali vec regat, se bo najslabši rezultat odbil, razen ce to ni prepovedano v Pravilu A1.3. Zmagala bo jadrnica z najmanjšim številom tock.

The Regatta will consist of nine races. 4 races are required to constitute a series. The Low Point Scoring System, Appendix A will apply. Each boat’s series score will be the total of her race scores, except if five or more races are completed, her worst score will be discarded except when prohibited by Rule A1.3. The lowest series score wins.

9 Nagrade/Prizes

Nagrajene bodo prve tri (3) jadrnice in prve tri v pokalu Silver Cup med slovenskimi tekmovalci in prve tri (3) v skupni razvrstivi.

Prizes will be awarded to the first three (3) places and to the first three in the Silver Cup among Slovenian competitors and for the first three (3) places overall.
