ok now,
open the file optical.exe or whatever it's called with the
picture of the spiral thingy. Then you look into 
the spiral for 2 minutes... but you must keep your hand on the
mouse at all times,(that is the crucial bit). Then, after 2
minutes, look at your horribly grotesque hand and watch as it
mutates after pulsating then visit:
