If Foreign administrative or technical staff is intended to be working for a company in Mexico (either foreign investment or Mexican Capital), it is necessary to apply for and obtain a Non-Immigrant, multiple-entry, working visa (FM3) from the Immigration Department. This visa might be procured locally, by following certain procedures (FIRENZI Services will handle this procedures). There are some restrictions to nationals from countries which do not have diplomatic relations with Mexico.

It is authorized by the Ministry of the Interior in Mexico City.
