ONEVOICE is an ensemble group that has been called by God to sing his praises and to worship him with all that we are and all that we have. Our names our Rick, Todd, Janet, Charlotte, a new member was added this year her name is Linda. Just love having her in the group an awesome woman of God who loves to pray. We are having a blast singing for the Lord . We are from TravisBaptistChurch out of South Texas and we look forward to seeing how else the Lord will use this ensemble group. I also wanted to share that no matter what style of music you like I pray that all styles of music are lifted up to praise the one and only Jesus Christ. Let's not get narrow minded and think our style of music is the only kind to lead people to Christ. There are all kinds of different children and God will use different types of people, preachers, and music to help those in need. I am blessed because I love all kinds of music. I Love to sing hymns and I've hung around youth groups to learn to appreciate their music. If the message moves me I like it; if the message moves those around me I like it. I'm learning that it's not about me but about serving the Lord, and loving the Lord with all that I am. When I turn and look up the Lord blesses me and I just want to bless those around me by serving them. Jesus served the needs of many and fed them spiritual food but Jesus never forgot to go to the Father and spend time with him in prayer. Read as he prayed at the gardens before he died. Don't get caught up in just works. Remember Abraham who showed such great faith to listen to the Lord and obey. I would like to share this verse with you HEBREWS 11:17
iT WAS BY FAITH THAT ABRAHAM OFFERED HIS SON ISAAC AS A SACRIFICE WHEN GOD WAS TESTING HIM.( Remember God is NEVER unfaithfull he ALWAYS keep his promises. Did God not promise abraham a son.) Hebrews 11:19 ABRAHAM ASSUMED THAT IF ISAAC DIED , GOD WAS ABLE TO BRING HIM BACK TO LIFE AGAIN. Such confidence in the Lord. I pray that faith will come in great abundance as you learn who Jesus is, Lord put a great desire in each of us to want to get to know you better. To walk with you and talk with you. Those that are lost JESUS LOVES YOU HE GAVE HIS LIFE FOR YOU so that you might live with him forever. Won't you say yes to his gift. God bless you and keep you.
