The Bad Guys

(Who would want to see his ugly face anyway?)
Mori Kouran

Age: I dunno. Maybe around 30-60
Gender: Male
Psychic devices: None, although I expect you can say it's "Money",since he uses his money to hire asassins. :P

Mori Kouran is the evilest evil villan ever. He's sick, twisted, and greedy. He wants immortal life, and that is the reason why the Uruha are trying to capture Yanagi, believing her to be the key to the secret of it. It's his fault that Kurei has turned out to be a cold, inhumane killing machine. (Which was actually what he had been aiming for) And yeas, he's also the one who killed Kurenai, and even implanted a bomb into Tsukino, Kurei's foster mother and his wife, and threatened to set it off if Kurei tried to revolt against him. I'm not even going to continue elaborating on what he's done. For one, he's done so many things it'll probably take me forever to list, and for another, I just can't stand him. Yergh.
Sekiou

Age: Perhaps around 20-30
Gender: Male
Psychic devices: Name Unknown
Element: Rock/Stone

Sekiou is a convict who has murdered countless people, and was sentenced to 200 years in jail. For some reason, (Can't remember why. Sorry) he was living in a basement in Kurei's mansion. He had asked to be put there for fear of losing control and murdering everybody, even the Uruha. Later on, Kurei orders him to fight the three (Recca, Domon and Fuuko), and Domon, upset that he had not done anything so far and that "Even a girl like Fuuko could defeat the enemy", volunteers to fight him. In the end, Domon manages to win when his strong determination to succeed causes the Saturn Ring to choose him as its master. Unfortunately, Kurei killed Sekiou for losing to the trio.

**Spoiler for Season II. Highlight the following to read:

In manga 18, it turns out that Gaou, one of the Ura Uruha, is actually Sekiou's elder brother! Wanting revenge for Sekiou's death, Gaou tells them that since he couldn't murder Kurei, he would kill Domon instead, who also played a part in causing Sekiou's death.**

Reiran Katashiro
Age: Roughly 20-late 30s
Gender: Female
Psychic devices: Puppet Converter
Element: Puppets/Dolls
Reiran Katashiro is a pretty young woman with brown hair. She is the first opponent Fuuko has ever faced, excluding Maria. At first, Reiran's fascination with dolls may seem rather odd, especially since, when Fuuko destroys all of her mannequins in one fell swoop, she cried out, enraged, "Those dolls were the only friends I ever had! And you killed them. Now, I must have my revenge!" (Not exact quote) She then picks up a sword (More like one the three musketeers have; a foil for fencing) and battles with Fuuko. They fight for a while, until Fuuko suddenly realises that Reiran has tricked her by secretly tying her with her strings as they exchanged blows. She is now able to manipulate Fuuko as if she were her very own puppet. ("Now, you're no longer than a puppet for Reiran!")Using this advantage, Reiran subsequently manages to tie up both Recca and Domon as well. However, her victory is short-lived as Fuuko suddenly deduces Reiran's secret and, knowing it, turns the Fuujin on herself, breaking the strings around her. She then attacks Reiran, removing her device. Then suddenly, Reiran falls to the ground motionless. And why? To quote Fuuko, "In the end, Reiran Katashiro was nothing more than an ordinary mannequin."

To find out more about the truth behind Reiran and how she came to be, read Ganko's profile.

One interesting fact about Reiran is that when Team Hokage escaped from Kurei's ruined and burning mansion, she refused to leave Reiran inside and dragged her out, as if she were an ordinary person. (Manga only) Later, this simple act of kindness would prove profitable to her. Read here to find out why.

Maria

Age: None, she's an inanimate object
Gender: None, but supposed to be female
Psychic devices: None, but has a laser which can cut through virtually anything
Element: None; unless you consider laser beams an element.

Nothing much to say about her; or should I say it. Maria is actually a white (marble? stone?) statue which stood in the middle of the corridor entrance in Kurei's mansion. It could shoot out laser beams from it's mouth, which fried anything which stood in it's way and made sudden movements. (Recca's fringe was fried by it. ^_^)

In the end, Fuuko noticed that Maria needed to recharge for a while after firing one shot, and could not shoot beams immediately one after the other. She then volunteered to be the moving target, since she was the fastest out of the three. When Fuuko ran towards the statue, it shot at her, but she managed to get out of the way. Then, while it was recharging, Recca used a chain sickle to break it in half while Domon smashed it to pieces with his forehead. (And obtained a nasty bump there in the process. LOL)

(Please take note that this is manga only) Later on, when Fuuko was sucked into the Oblivious Dimension by Magensha, she found herself tumbling out of a white hole and into none other than the backyard of her very own house and coming face to face with Ganko! (Ganko did not go to the Dark Martial Combat, unlike the anime, and her playmate was still Reiran and NOT Kondo. Kondo was not animated via the puppet converter in the manga) Later on, after being hugged by Ganko, (VERY strongly, I might add. ^_^) she then explains to Fuuko why she was able to escape from the OD.

It seems that in the OD, there are two types of wormholes; black holes and white holes. Entering from a black hole means that one needs to exit from a white one, and vice versa. The reason why Fuuko found a white hole was because (the next part about how white holes a created may not be entirely correct) psychic devices have an attraction to each other, and thus if there is a device nearby, it will open up a hole. But why this particular destination? It turns out that after Fuuko rescued Reiran from the mansion, she was very grateful, and therefore this gratitude towards her caused her to make that white hole for Fuuko. After learning about the secret to the OD, Fuuko realises that there MUST be a way to return to the tournament and jumps back into the still existing white hole to try to find her way back to her companions side. Much to the disappointment of Ganko, who's dismayed cries can be heard a mile away. ^_^
