Genjuro is the leader of Uruha Illusion. He is one of the rare few people in the world who can perform psychic surgery successfully, which involves using only the bare hands to operate in a patient's body. Most of the members of Uruha Illusion have had their psychic devices implanted inside themselves by him, except himself and Shiju. In Shiju's case, he was implanted with the DNA of a lion. His Hallucinator has the ability to shrink people, and its name comes from the fact that it is able to mislead people into believing the person whom the Hallucinator was used on has disappeared, when in reality he/she has only been shrunk. Genjuro mastered the Multiple Illusions Technique (???) in which many illusions of himself appear, and each is capable of fighting. Kurei "stole" this tecnique from Genjuro, but (I think) Genjuro is able to use it to its fullest extent.
Genjuro's has absolutely no loyalty for Kurei, and wishes to kill him, since Kurei destroyed his village and defeated him. He hoped to be able to do so by stealing Recca's dragons, but unfortunately, the one dragon that he managed to steal was Setsuna, and Setsuna was so angry at being disturbed that he "fried" Genjuro. After his defeat, Neon killed him for being unloyal to Kurei.

Menou is the daughter of a scientist who used to work for Genjuro. Originally, Mikagami was supposed to fight her, but withdrew at the last moment claiming to be badly injured by his fight against Mokuren. The truth was, he didn't want to fight with a girl, so poor Recca had to fight in his stead. Her psychic device, Hair Animator, was originally a low-level psychic device, but after being implanted into her body, its strength improved tremendously. Actually, she does not want to fight, but was forced to by Genjuro who shrunk her father with his Hallucinator and imprisoned him in an hourglass. He threatened her by saying that if she refused to fight, he would turn over the hourglass, and after the ten minutes was over, her father would be suffocated by the falling sand. Thus, Menou reluctantly battled Recca, who finally managed to save both her and her father, and she became a very close friend to Yanagi.

Mokuren was Kaoru's ex-partner who kept plants inside his body through the use of his psychic device. He used these plants' branches to pierce through people's skins. He helped to kidnap Yanagi and Mr. Tatesako, and did not feel any remorse about having to kill Kaoru. In fact, he even pretended that he did not want to fight Kaoru, then, when Kaoru agreed to withdraw to make the fight a tie, he quickly attacked Kaoru when his back was turned and imprisoned him in his trunk. But wait a minute, did I just say trunk? It seems that after he was badly burnt by Recca in the mansion, Genjuro saved his life and implanted his device inside his body, so that he was able to turn into a human tree. After Kaoru's defeat, Mikagami managed to win against Mokuren and save Kaoru. He pleaded for forgiveness, hoping that Mikagami would be fooled into thinking that he wanted a truce, then he would be able to attack him from behind. However, Mikagami sees through his ploy and attacks him. (In the manga, he cuts off his arm) Despite his many defeats at the hands of Team Hokage, this freak just refuses to die, and it is said that he later becomes Mikoto's boyfriend. *Becomes violently ill*

There wasn't really any background information about Shiju, except that he has had a lion's DNA implanted inside him, which allows him to change into a lion-like creature. Genjuro calls him a chimera. Also, Shiju has a very nasty habit of eating his opponent's corpses.
