Uruha Magic

Picture not available Magensha

Age: Unknown
Gender: Male
Psychic devices: Oblivious Dimension (?)
Element: Obliviousness ???

Magensha is leader of Uruha Magic, as well as being Gashakura's older brother. He is extremely arrogant, boasting about how he should be in the Uruha Group of Ten, and of how he is immortal. Our first impression of him is that he looks like a rather large man with a mask over his face, a force to be reckoned with. (His mask is also the symbol of Uruha Magic) However, it later turns out that the "Magensha" we see is actually a puppet controlled by the REAL Magensha, who is a skinny and rather ugly man. His secret to "immortality" is very simple, really. Hiding safely in the Oblivious Dimension, he pilots his puppets to fight for him, and since puppets can never die no matter how much damage is sustained, people assume that he is immortal. He not only can control a puppet to fight Domon, but he can also control another one to kidnap Yanagi by substituting another person in his puppet's place. Thus, the substituted puppet cannot fight back, since he is not focsuing his power on it.
Gashakura

Age: Unknown
Gender: Male
Psychic devices: Foul Spider
Element: Spiders???

Gashakura's sole purpose in entering the Dark Martial Combat Tournament is simply because he has a desire to fight against people who are as strong, if not stronger, than him. Up to the point before Team Hokage, he had been deeply disappointed as he had been able to defeat them easily and without a challenge. however, he is delighted when he gets to meet Fuuko, as he has heard of her fighting skills, and tells her that although she is a woman, he will not let her off. He posesses the Morning Star, a ball with spikes on a chain which weighs a hefty 500 kilogrammes. At first, Fuuko thinks this is his psychic device, but it turns out that his body armour is actually the psychic device itself, called Foul Spider. Fuuko was actually winning the fight against Gashakura, until Mori, that slimy sore loser decided to introduce the laser barriers which seared a person's skin when it came into contact with the lasers. Not knowing about this, Fuuko fell victim to this trap, and was severely injured. Annoyed at what he sees as his chance for a fair fight being taken away, Gashakura uses his device to destroy the barrier, risking harm to himself. Fuuko is surprised and pleased at his concern for her safety, and knowing that there is a good-hearted man underneath the menacing body armour, she resolves to continue fighting, both to give him the fight he longs for and for her own personal wish of winning the fight. In the end, Fuuko DOES win, using her newly accquired Soul of Wind.

Gashakura may seem cold and frightening at first, but later on we find out that he isn't really what he seems to be. After his fight with Fuuko, instead of being all sore that he lost and everything, he actually told her that he admired her, and congratulated her.

Oh, by the way, Gashakura has actually been shown in the manga without his armor, visiting Team Hokage in their room. I'll scan in a picture of him soon, and you can be the judge whether he looks good or not. :) (Fuuko's reaction when she finds out he's actually Gashakura without his armour is "What?! Gashakura looks like that?!" Heehee)

Kashamaru

Age: Unknown
Gender: Male
Psychic devices: Fake Flame
Element: Ninja techniques (?) and fake fire

Kashamaru is first introduced as a ninja with a wide knowledge of the many ninja techniques (He also speacialises in illusions). In fact, he tricked Recca by shapeshifting into Yanagi, and Kaoru as well. During his fight with Recca, he was able to copy his fire dragons, using his psychic device. In the end, he was defeated by Recca's new sixth dragon, Rui. Recca was asked by Rui to solve a riddle, and he did so, albeit correctly. Thus, she lent him her powers, which was (and is) the ability to create any illusions Recca tells her to. First, Recca created the illusion of mist, then had a duplicate of Gashakura to attack Kashamaru, as well as a copy of Kashamaru himself. However, after his fight with Kashamaru, it turned out that Kashamaru had coated his knife which he had used to attack Recca with a sleeping potion. As a result, Recca fell asleep and could not do battle against Gashakura, as he had originally planned to do.

As punishment for failing to defeat Team Hokage, Magensha sent both he and Tsukishiro to the Oblivious Dimension. There, they later met up with Fuuko, who agrees to team up with them. Working together, they manage to defeat Magensha and free themselves from the Oblivious Dimension.

Tsukishirou

Age: Unknown. (Most probably 20 something)
Gender: Male
Psychic devices: Ocean Moon
Element: Moon

At first, Tsukishirou first appears wrapped up like a mummy, a "fashion statement" he learned from reading H.G Well's "The Inivsible Man". He is extremely vain, and fears being touched by anyone as he is afraid of them dirtying him or marring his "beautiful face". During his fight with Kaoru, he used the "Hazy Moon" to become invisible, but Kaoru managed to spot him since he (Kaoru) had left a trace of blood on Tsukishirou's "Hazy Moon" cloth. When he begged Kaoru not to beat up his face, Kaoru did it anyway, as revenge. In fact, he was so enthusiatic that Tsukishirou ended up looking like he had been stung by a million bees. (Those of you who have read Louise Chao's (?) "Return of the Condor Heros" comic need only imagine Zhao Zijing's face after he was stung by Xiao Long Nu's bees. ^_^)  He is also frequently portrayed in the manga clutching a stalk of rose between his teeth.

Notes on Uruha Magic:

It may just be me, but Kashamaru and Tsukishiro seem to have crushes on Fuuko. I might be reading too much into things, but here goes...

During Fuuko's fight with Mikoto (Manga 14), she was poisoned, and everyone thought that she was surely doomed. Kashamaru then approached Domon and told him to call off the fight. When asked why, he replied, "Winning the match against Mikoto doesn't matter. All that matters now is that we save Fuuko's life right now!" Then, he reaches into his pocket to pull out an antidote. Kagerou then tells him that it is impossible for the anitidote to work. Kashamaru gets extremely flustered, and asks, "Why not?" Upon hearing Kagerou's answer that Mikoto's poison is a special one in which only she, Mikoto, has the antidote, he was shocked and looked really anxious for Fuuko's sake.

Also, at the end of Volume 16, there is a group photo of almost everyone who participated in the Dark Martial Combat. Fuuko is standing near Gashakura, Kashamaru and Tsukishiro (She is, after all, Uruha Magic's closest friend out of the entire Team Hokage), putting her hand on Kashamaru's head and smiling towards the "camera". Kashamaru and Tsukishiro seem to be looking towards her direction, and they are actually BLUSHING. Surely that means something?

Gashakura also seems to like Fuuko, but I doubt he has a crush on her. More like just respect for her fighting skills. But they'll make a cute couple, in a weird kind of way. ^_^
