Uruha Scarlet (Bar Kurei)

Joker

Age: Unknown (Probably around 20)
Gender: Male

Birthplace: Osaka, Japan
Psychic devices: Name unknown. The giant stick that he's holding in the picture to the left.
Element: Gravity

Even though Joker was the one who wounded Saicho, he isn't really a bad guy. It is later revealed that Joker was supposed to kill Kaoru (I think), but he didn't, and that he had no intention of killing Saicho at all. He's really like an older (Older, but not more mature) Kaoru Koganei, what with having the same "fangy" smile and all. He's rather mischievous, and always jokes around (That's why he's called Joker, ne? ^_^) He really doesn't want to kill anyone, as is shown during his fight with Kaoru. He had enclosed himself in a protective shield and was babbling on about how Kaoru could never defeat him (Egotistical, too!), when he lost sight of Kaoru and nearly freaked out, thinking that Kaoru had been pushed of the stage by the shield and plummeted to his death. It turns out Kaoru had jumped above him and, using the Sixth form of the Kougon Anki, defeated him. Actually, Joker could have gone on fighting, but he just stood up, grinned, and announced loudly "I've lost!". Joker also saved Menou from being crushed by falling rocks during manga 8, and I think (not too sure) that she has a crush on him. They'll make an interesting couple, don't you think? ^_^

Poor Joker was given very little airtime on the anime, which is a sad thing, in my opinion. The few lines he did get in the anime made him sound totally arrogant. (I mean, he IS arrogant, *Gets whapped by Joker* but the anime made it so much worse) He's one of my fav characters, (I like too many characters in FoR. *sigh*) and I hope he'll get more of time in the third part of the manga. (Volumes 17 onwards) He's one of the few people who remained loyal to Kurei, after all!

Mikoto

Age: Unknown (Probably around 20)
Gender: Female
Psychic devices: A robot also called Mikoto, a poison made of many different combinations of other poisons and the antidote for her poison.
Element: "Life"? Poison? I dunno.

I totally did NOT like Mikoto. Since I didn't see the anime Mikoto, I'll base this on the manga Mikoto. She was absolutely horrible, tricking Fuuko by pretending to cry, then attacking her while she turned her back on her. (Poor naive Fuuko, always getting deceived by jerks.) Then, when Fuuko though she had won, she attacked her from behind again, this time actually smashing her head to the floor and putting her foot on it. She won the fight, but when Fuuko regained consciousness, she started beating Mikoto up so badly (She twisted her arm and said in a totally possesed unFuuko like way "Is this it? Is this the hand that killed so many people?) that the referees had to shout at her that the match was over, and Domon had to restrain her. Finally, Fuuko stopped and Mikoto was left on the stage. Joker, who had no pity for that poor excuse for a woman, used his stick to throw her towards the stands, hoping to scare Kaoru. (It didn't work) It seems, however, that Mikoto managed to survive and became Mokuren's girlfriend. *Looks violently ill* Birds of a feather flock together; that's all I have to say.
Picture not available Kai

Age: Unknown (Possibly 20 - 30)
Gender: Male
Psychic devices: Name unknown. (Perhaps Hyomon Maen) It looks like a blade attached to his (Left? Right?) hand. In the manga, it has a spirit of its own.
Element: Ice

Kai is another student of Meguri Kyoza, and, in the anime, he wanted to kill Tokiya to prove that he was the stronger student.  By pretending to be the person who killed Mifuyu, Tokiya's sister, he hoped to be able to battle against Tokiya, and it worked. However, it turns out that it was Meguri Kyoza who killed Mifuyu, hoping that Tokiya would be so bent on revenge that he would learn the Ice Sword Technique even faster. Kai had been taken on by Kyoza to be a "backup" in case something happened to Tokiya, and this enraged him. As stated before, he wanted to defeat Tokiya, and so joined Uruha Scarlet. In the manga, though, Kai became the better student and Kyoza asked him to kill Tokiya, since he was no longer needed. Kai complied, since during his training, his master had taunted him by comparing him to Tokiya, calling him "A stone" and Tokiya "Gold". This made him extremely jealous, and he still wished to kill Tokiya despite being the stronger one.

In the end, Kai realizes his mistake and tells Tokiya "Don't become like me, a man twisted by hate and revenge. You have friends now... live a good life." and commits suicide by stabbing himself with his weapon and jumping off the stage.
I can't help pitying Kai; Meguri Kyoza was so mean to have taunted him by calling lousy. You can't really blame him for getting jealous, can you?

Picture not available Noroi

Age: Unknown (Technically, his body is dead, so why bother? ^_~)
Gender: Male (Uncertain, but most likely)
Psychic devices: A mask called Bakaju, if I'm correct.
Element: Death? (Don't ask me where I get these weird ideas about elements)

Nothing really much to say about Noroi, since it doesn't really have its own personality. It take orders from Kurei and the other members of Uruha Scarlet. It usually posesses dead bodies, but it wanted to take control of Domon by completely wiping out his memories and mind, since all dead bodies eventually rot, and Noroi wanted one which would um, "stay fresh", I guess? Mikoto describes the process of wiping out someone's memory as "A virus which infects a computer". However, Domon's will proved to be too strong for it, (For a moment, he forgot who and where he was, etc., but then he began to remember everyone. [I think it was Recca he thought of first, and Fuuko the last, but definitely not the least]) and the mask shattered. (Not too sure about that, but I think so. I'll get back to you on this)
