On Saturday afternoon we drove to the Echo Valley Observatory. There is a 16" Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope inside the observatory, with a deck outside additional viewing. The scenery is lovely, and the area provides a dark sky for excellent astronomical observing. Worth visiting again and again! |
