Belle City Bass Anglers
Club Information

Belle City Bass Anglers is a small friendly club, willing to share ideas and techniques, while still maintaining the structure of B.A.S.S. competition. It is a great way to make new friends, and get a chance to take advantage of Wisconsin's prime bass fishing waters.

Club dues are $50 annually, and membership to B.A.S.S. is mandatory. It is not necessary to have a boat to be a member. Members must be 16 years old to join. It is not necessary to live in Racine or even Wisconsin to be a member. Our members are quite spread out. We hold 2-3 meetings per year in the off-season in the Racine area, and each member is expected to work at least one of the open tournaments and at least one youth event. Space is limited!

Competition is based on a running point system throughout the year. There are also voluntary money pools at each tournament. B.A.S.S. competition is progressive. Winners from our club go on to one of 5 Zone tournaments held in Wisconsin, then possibly to State, Regionals, etc. Joining a B.A.S.S. chapter such as ours is the first step towards going to the Bassmaster's Classic!!!

We are involved in environmental efforts to preserve and improve the sport. We work with the DNR and are affiliated with several powerful conservation organizations in Wisconsin.

We participate in youth activities to promote fishing among young people, who might otherwise never have the opportunity to learn the joys of fishing. In recent years, we have taken kids out fishing on Eagle Lake from Big Brothers/ Big Sisters of greater Racine.
