Unlimited Health    
At the Main Menu (New game)        enter Left, Left, Left, Right, L2, L2, R2 and L1. Then, during play, pause the game by pressing Start and activate the Unlimited Health option from the Cheat Menu. 

Unlimited Ammo
At the Main Menu (New game)       enter Down, Right, Up, Left, L2, L1, R2 and L1. Then, during play, pause the game by pressing Start and activate the Unlimited Ammo option from the Cheat Menu. 

All Items  Ultima
At the Main Menu (New game)        enter Right, Left, Up, Down, L2, L2, R2 and R2. Then, during play, pause the game by pressing Start and activate the All Items option from the Cheat Menu.
