The Knee-to-Chest Pose is done while lying on your back. First, take a
breath in and the exhale while bringing your thigh toward your chest. Straighten
the left leg on the floor, flexing the foot, tightening the top of the thigh and
press out with the heel. Try to tighten the hold as though you were hugging
your knee and try to hold for several breathes. Next, alternate and do the other
leg.
