About Paul Joseph

Paul has spent most of his life
involved in sports of one type
or another from the normal squash,
badminton and swimming at school
(he swam for his county) to biathlons
and mountain biking. He also has a
keen interest in the martial arts
attaining a black belt in aikido
also studying Wing Chun and Muay Thai (Thai. boxing).

Paul under took the Premier Diploma in fitness
training and sports therapy, which gave him the
necessary qualifications to be able
to train, instruct and treat a wide range
of clientele. He recently gained his
Masters Diploma in Personal Training which
has enabled Paul to broaden his skills further.
