Broccoli
Cherry Tomatoes
Baby Carrots
Red Cabbage

Also:
Black Olives
Green Olives

Cutu & hollow out center--reserve for other things--(don't fill with dip till ready to serve), place in center of tray. Carefully poke skewers into the cabbage, arranging per picture. Fill in "holes" on plate with extra vegetables as some of your guests will not won't to disturb your gorgeous arrangement & will feel more comfortable taking the loose "petals."

Fresh cucumbers, washed & sliced in thin rounds.
Cocktail rye bread--cut in circles with jar or biscuit cutter for extra special effect
For spread:
(To taste)
Sour Cream

Diced Onion

For cucumber sandwiches, mix sour cream, mayo & diced onion & spread on bread. Place cuke slices atop--chill & arrange just prior to serving. Scrumptious!
Olive Cheese Roll-Ups
Need:
Green Olives
Pimento Cheese
White Bread
Cream Cheese
Food Coloring (optional)

For roll ups, remove crusts from bread, flatten with glass or rolling pin. Spread pimento cheese thinly on 1 slice. Place 4 olives in a row along one end. Roll up, jelly roll fashion & chill olive bread cheese logs till firm. Slice in between the olives with a sharp knife & stand on end. Take plain cream cheese (optional-add color of choice--see picture) & pipe rosettes from pastry bag filled with the cream cheese atop the olive bread. Easy, economical & fancy!
Cheese Basket
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz shredded cheddar
1 tsp worchestire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tblsp parsley
Cream Cheese in several colors--see pictures.

Mix all in food processor & mold in 3 inch cake pan. (Grease & line pan with saran wrap first!)

Surprise! These are not cakes, nor are they a real basket of flowers--they're cheese "balls." If you have a way with cake decorating, try molding your cheese ball in a standard 3" cake pan, coloring some cream cheese for your "icing" and using standard basket weave technique for the basket & roses technique for the flowers. Quite impressive!
