(2) Free-range and fresh is always better than battery and processed. The same goes for organic foods - they should always be chosen over GM foods.
(3) Get a lot of exercise - It helps purify the blood, and keeps you fit as well.
(4) Live healthy. A hunter/gatherer lifestyle is ideally beneficial to your blood, as well as to your general health.
DONOR DON'TS:

-- An excess of red meat
-- Anise
-- Junk foods
(2) Almost any form of drug is bad news - Especially blood, or mind-altering drugs. Stay away from them as much as you can.
(3) Avoid an excess of anything, especially addictive substances such as tobacco, alcohol etc. You can pass these substances through your blood, and can seriously harm the vampire you're feeding.
(4) Be careful about drinking animal blood - Cats, for example, can consume a fish that would kill five men, and yet feel none the worse. If you drink its blood though ... Well, you can imagine the effect it could have on you. Also, various diseases can be passed through animal blood (Such as feline AIDs) so make sure that the animal you're feeding from is 'clean' before you drink from it.
